Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

Bookings can be made via our website, by WhatsApp (+216 56 766 555) or directly at Marina Houmt Souk. Full payment is required before boarding. We accept cash (Tunisian dinars, euros) and electronic payments.

2. Cancellation & Refund

In case of bad weather making navigation impossible, the excursion is rescheduled or fully refunded. Customer-initiated cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

3. Safety

Passenger safety is our priority. Our boats are equipped with life jackets and our crew is trained in maritime safety procedures. Passengers must follow crew instructions at all times.

4. Children

Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Reduced rates and children's menus are available.

5. Liability

Albatros & Odyssée declines all liability for personal items lost or damaged during the excursion. We recommend not bringing valuables on board.

6. Menus & Allergies

Our menus contain seafood products. Please inform us of any food allergies at the time of booking so we can adapt your meal.
