This page explains what personal data albatros-djerba.com collects, why, who receives it and how to exercise your rights.

Who is responsible?

Data collected through our forms

  • Booking request: name, email, phone, date, number of adults, children and babies, menu, hotel (if you want a transfer), message, language and page of origin.
  • Contact form: name, email, phone, subject and message.
  • Gift card request: your name, email and phone, the recipient's first name, the occasion and your message.

Why?

Only to handle your request: get back to you, confirm or reschedule the trip depending on the weather, organise the transfer and, for a gift card, send you the payment link and then the voucher. We do not use this data for marketing and we never sell it.

Who receives this data?

  • Our team, by email (Brevo sending service) and through the Telegram messaging app.
  • Our booking database (hosted by Neon, through Vercel) for booking and contact requests.
  • Our partner Djerba Holiday (djerba.holiday), which handles booking follow-up.
  • You: a confirmation email is sent to you if you gave your address.

Cookies and audience measurement

Only if you click "Accept" in the banner: Google Analytics (visit statistics), Google Ads (measuring bookings that come from our ads, and targeted advertising) and Yandex Metrica (statistics, click map and session recording, without the content of form fields). Without your consent, none of these tools is loaded. Your choice is stored in your browser; you can change it at any time with the button below or the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page.

WhatsApp

If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation goes through the WhatsApp service (Meta) under its own terms.

How long we keep your data

For as long as needed to handle your request and follow up on your trip. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its use, by writing to contact@albatros-djerba.com or on WhatsApp. People who subscribed to our former newsletter can unsubscribe the same way. You can also contact the data protection authority of your country or the INPDP in Tunisia.
